I have been watching Rahane for a few years both in first class and in the IPL. He's got a very good technique to be tried at the international level. The thing is his forte was First Class Cricket though in recent seasons he was seen to play aggressive cricket even in First Class.

It's heartening to see him adapt and showcase his aggressive play in the shorter versions as well. Today was an innings of proper cricket and looked to be at ease while coming down the track against the spinners.
